If the holiday is available we will automatically process your order and let you know that the holiday has been booked. The contract is formed on processing when your confirmation invoice is sent to you. Please note that once the order is processed you can only cancel the holiday in accordance with our relevant terms and conditions, which may impose cancellation charges. Equally you may also be subject to MainEventTravel.com cancellation charges to cover our administration costs and up to 3% on exchange rate fluctuations on this.
If the holiday is not available a member of our dedicated sales team will contact you with possible alternatives times, dates, offers or destinations.

Be aware that we do not book flights "real time" with the airlines that we work with. Therefore seat availability in the airline reservations system to which we connect will mean that there will be a delay in confirming purchases. Whilst every effort is made to reflect the true situation, instances may occur when airlines cancel sales. We will advise you within one working day if this is the case and will do all we can to reinstate your booking. No flight booking is confirmed prior to an email confirmation being sent to you the client. Once you have received confirmation the contract will be confirmed with us. Our contract is for the procurement of flights with other 3rd party contractors or direct to our airline partners.
Please note that once the order is ticketed you can only cancel the flight in accordance with the relevant restrictions on the ticket, which may impose cancellation charges or state that the ticket is non-refundable.
